Hi, I'm Ashleigh.
I help people understand what's actually happening in their body - so they can stop guessing and start making progress that makes sense.
I'm an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a focus on body composition, metabolic health, and helping people understand what's actually happening in their body. I work with people at very different starting points - some navigating weight loss medications or bariatric surgery, others training consistently in the gym and wanting the data to finally reflect their effort. What connects them is the same thing: they're done guessing.
And if there's one thing most of my clients have in common when they first come to see me, it's this - they're tired. Tired of thinking about their weight, their food, or whether what they're doing is actually working. Tired of trying the next thing, and the thing after that, without feeling like anything is really sticking. That's the part of this work I take seriously. Not just the data - although I do love the data - but the person behind it.
One of the first things I ask new clients is what their goal actually means to them. Not the number - what's underneath it. More energy. Feeling strong and confident. Being able to do the things they've been putting off. That conversation changes everything, because it means we're working towards something real.

Outside the clinic, I'm a very active person - I've been coaching and competing in calisthenics for over 25 years and still train regularly, working on my own strength. I love being in the gym, but just as much, I love spending time with friends and family, usually with my two dogs not far away, either glued to me or sprawled out beside me during telehealth consults.
The goal is never perfection. It's building your routines so well that what you do most of the time carries you, and what you do some of the time simply doesn't matter.
