Do I need to be local to Melbourne to join?

Not at all. The program is delivered entirely via telehealth so you can join from anywhere in Australia. DEXA scans and pathology are arranged at clinics near you - Ashleigh will coordinate the referrals and logistics so you don't have to figure it out yourself.
I've tried diets before and always end up back at square one. How is this different?

Most diets fail because they're not built around your body. This program starts with your DEXA scan, which tells us your exact lean mass, fat mass, and resting metabolic rate. Your protein targets, calorie targets, and nutrition strategy are all set from that data - not from a generic formula. The 6-month timeframe is intentional: long enough to build real behaviour change, not just short-term restriction that leads to rebound.
What does the DEXA scan actually tell us?

Much more than the scale ever could. A DEXA scan is a 10-15 minute, non-invasive body composition scan that measures your fat mass, lean muscle mass, and bone density - broken down by region of your body. Critically, it also gives us your resting metabolic rate (RMR) - how many calories your body burns at rest - which is the foundation for setting accurate, personalised nutrition targets.
What does the pathology testing cover?

A comprehensive blood panel covering metabolic, hormonal, and nutritional markers - including fasting glucose, insulin, lipids, thyroid function, iron studies, vitamin D, and more. Ashleigh provides a written interpretation of your results before your initial consultation so you arrive informed and ready.
What is a CGM and why is it included?

A CGM (continuous glucose monitor) is a small sensor worn on the arm for 2 weeks that tracks your blood sugar in real time. You don't need to have diabetes for this to be useful - for fat loss, the data is incredibly valuable. It shows exactly how your body responds to different foods, meal timing, stress, and exercise.
What are my payment options?

Three options: pay in full ($3,250 - saving $350), deposit plus 3 payments ($1,200 deposit then $800 at months 2, 4, and 6), or deposit plus monthly instalments ($1,200 deposit then $400/month for 6 months). All options include the full program. We'll walk through these on your strategy call.
Is the deposit refundable?

The deposit is non-refundable once your testing (DEXA and pathology) has been booked, as these costs are incurred at that point. If you need to pause or reschedule before testing is booked, please reach out to Ashleigh directly to discuss your options.
I'm on weight loss medication. Can I still join this program?

If you're currently on weight loss medication or have had bariatric surgery, the Sustained: The Medical Weight Loss Method is the more appropriate program for you. It includes additional inclusions specifically designed for medication users. You can learn more on the Sustained Medical page.
Do I need to follow a strict meal plan?

No rigid meal plans. The approach is built around flexible frameworks that work in real life - eating out, travelling, cooking at home, social events. The goal is to give you a structure that makes good decisions automatic, not a set of rules that fall apart the moment life gets busy.
What happens after the 6 months?

You finish with a second DEXA scan showing exactly how your body composition has changed, a full pathology review, and a 60-minute final session covering your results and long-term maintenance strategy. The goal is to leave with the knowledge, data, and habits to maintain your results independently.
